Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 700d website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. They constitute a legally binding agreement between 700d and its users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform and be legally capable of entering into this agreement as an adult resident of Bangladesh. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform. 700d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Security & Policies
Registering an account on 700d requires accurate and complete information. Each individual may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 700d immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account. Failure to submit required identity verification documents may result in account suspension.
Account Suspension & Closure: 700d reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Access to account balances may be restricted during suspension.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All transactions on 700d are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A range of local payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
Deposit Conditions: The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform. Depositing via third-party bank accounts or payment methods is not allowed — only use your own verified payment method.
Withdrawal Conditions: Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals from bonuses are subject to specific rollover requirements. 700d reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if fraud or irregularities are suspected.
Bonuses & Promotions: Bonus offers are subject to their own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Violations of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Limitation of Liability & Third Parties
700d provides services through its platform; however, 700d's liability is limited in cases where service is disrupted due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or unforeseen circumstances. 700d is not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of or participation on the platform.
The 700d platform may contain third-party links or services. 700d is not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own discretion.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content on the 700d platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 700d. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying this content without written permission is prohibited.
Users may not download, copy, or sell any part of the platform. Automated use of any platform feature — including bots or scraping — is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
700d reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify users via their registered email, though this cannot be guaranteed for all updates.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved before a competent court in Bangladesh. By using the platform and accepting these Terms, users consent to Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Bangla version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative text.
